Hi guys. All the talk of cucumbers is making me hungry! The cucumbers with paprika, turmeric, garlic & onion powder snd sea salt sounds delicious! Love cucumbers.

Joanne I didn't know you worked in animal rescue. How amazing of you to do that. I guess you could say I am in animal rescue too. Those needing help seem to find me and I take care of them. My precious Blackie was a stray. Just appeared at my home. I took care of him and he finally warmed up to me and he has been the most amazing friend I've had. I've had him over 13 years and he was an adult when he appeared. Vet estimated him to be 2-5 years old. So my precious boy is quite elderly. He does quite well tho. He has slowed down a good deal. Doesn't hear well. But he is still the most amazing creature.

Blessings to all who take care of those who need it. Dogs especially are dependent on us and need our help. Oh damn...this is gonna make me cry! Love my babies.

Which is better for you - coffee or tea?

Hello I'm Tori and I'm new to the group.  I had a kitchen witch in the family.  She wasnt pagan but a woman who always made tastey things that always brought a smile to the face of her grandkids.  Her coffee was strong enough to kickstart the heart of anyone.  All of us girls fought over her one kitchen tool the spam can.

I've taken after my grandma in the sense I love to cook.

Amber that sounds delicious! I actually eat paprika, fresh garlic and turmeric daily. Will have to try this:) I also love fresh cucumbers with sea salt and hot sauce sprinkled over them. Thanks for the post, Ianna:)

Currently my favorite thing ever: fresh cucumbers from the garden, sliced, paprika, tumeric, dried rosemary, garlic/onion powder, sea salt. YUM
