Sorry for being quiet Ms Debra.....been overhauling & rearranging the cookbooks around when they need some fresh "energy".....Been trying to make some poppyseed & sour cream muffins......but always get greedy with the sour cream when I bring home a bag of chips from work. But will make some this weekend after I buy a large container of sour cream..... :)

Easter cooking will be lamb w/rosemary, potato rosettes and salad. 

Fruit salad and cookies and Easter chocolates. Wine Shiraz australian.
