Caw...caw...caw...
Do you hear her voice whispering to you on the wind? Do you feel her presence in the shadows, calling to you? Can you feel her magick and her warrior spirit stir within you?
She is the Great Queen, a Goddess of sovereignty, war, magick, healing, death, and change. Upon ancient battlefields she appeared as a raven, her wild shrieks and battle cry killed men where they stood. She could be a beautiful lusty maiden one minute or a fearsome hag the next. To some she appeared as a Phantom, washing the blood stained cloths of those destined to die along lonely river banks, yet to others she brought unparalleled victory and protection. The Morrigan is full of mystery, magick and contradictions. She is powerful and wise, but her nature is not always apparent at first glance, her wisdom not easily earned. She calls to each of us in her own way, challenging us, tempering our spirits as a smith tempers a blade. The Morrigan is calling to us once again. Will you answer her call?
We are an online coven of Pagans, Witches, Wiccans, and Druids, dedicated to the Goddess Morrigan. There are many who call on the Goddess, or know about Her, but there is a difference between truly knowing Her and knowing about Her. We strive to bring a "live coven" experience to our sisters so that we may all learn from one another and share the bond of sisterhood. We exist to aid women in self empowerment, and in living a truly magickal life. Morrigu's Daughters exists as a spruz group. You can find us at: http://morrigusdaughters.spruz.com/
Our portal on Paganspace is an excellent place to learn about us, to connect with our sisters and to learn about the Morrigan. If you are interested in joining Morrigu's Daughters you must be 21 years or older. You will be asked to fill out a questionair which must be answered completely before being approved.

I've read some ritual on the Internet for the Morrigan that require either a sword or an athame. I don't own either one, but I do have a bowie knife. Would that work as well?

Comment by Stephanie Woodfield (Dark Raven) on May 10, 2013 at 10:08pm As long as you are honoring her it doesn't matter how elaborate your altar is, the important part is that you are answering her call!
Comment by BlackRaven on May 10, 2013 at 9:55pm Another slow day on Paganspace. I hope that the Morrigan is watching over all of you. Today I got this gut punching feeling when I was watching a video about the Goddess Morrigan calling you. I had this sudden need to set up an altar to her, since I really don't have a ton of money. I lit a black candle, dedicating the altar to her.
Comment by BlackRaven on December 23, 2012 at 2:13pm I really haven't see anyone on here since October. I guess everyone is having a slow time. I just got the net back so I'll be back on the ning group today.
