Oh yeah,
Don't forget to bring a non-perishable food item or pet food, we are gathering the food for Three Square Food Bank and the Poppy Foundation

Hi all,
following is the info for the LV Pagan Pride Day celebration. It's even better this year than last! Hope to see you there.
Las Vegas Pagan Pride Day at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Las Vegas
Las Vegas, Nevada: Pagan Pride Day is an international celebration of pride in the various earth-based religious traditions. On Saturday November 7th, from 12 noon to 5:00 p.m., The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Las Vegas will be the site of the 7th annual Las Vegas Pagan Pride Day, hosted by Agave Spirit Grove. This year’s theme is “Unity in Diversity.”
The first Pagan Pride Day took place 12 years ago and has grown from a few local events to an international project. Most pagans celebrate the harvest in some way and choose to give back to the community with donations to various charities. This year, Las Vegas Pagan Pride donations will go to Three Square Food Bank and the Poppy Foundation.
Presenting a positive image of pagans is also a goal of Pagan Pride Day. Pagans do not seek converts but they do want to reduce discrimination and misinformation about paganism and witchcraft by sharing information that is accurate. There will be a ritual, a DJ, drumming, belly dancers and workshops. Participants are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch,. Water and soda will be available for purchase. All who are like minded are invited, even if they may not call themselves pagan or witch.
This event is also sponsored by The International Pagan Pride Project, Agave Spirit Grove, Temple of the Inner Circle, Pagan and Witches Community Circle, Coven of the Sacred Sands, Toteg Tribe, Grove of the Sacred Spring and Hammar Heim.
The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Las Vegas is located at 3616 E Lake Mead Boulevard., Las Vegas, NV 89119

Regarding the Fortune Tellers Tea Room. We are hoping to plan another soon. There is a meeting of the Pointed Hat Society tonight at 7pm, the Boca Park Applebee's, we will be discussing future events. This meeting is open to the public, so come on out if you can.
Anyone interested in supporting the Las Vegas Pagan Pride Day event can check out when the next meeting is at www.lvpaganpride.org, I think it's on June 12th, but double check. That meeting is open to folks too.
