Anyone do NaNoWriMo?

Just wondered if I have any fellow Nanoers on the site with me. I have done it for five years straight and LOVE it as a method for writing. My first two Nano's are published, the third is awaiting final revision, the fourth is sitting on haitus until I can get back to it, and the fifth is open on my desktop right now as I'm editing. I hope to publish it this summer.

Right now though I am doing their Script Frenzy which is kind of interesting taking a story that I have written in NaNo and then putting it into screenplay format. Challenging especially if you are doing the formatting without aid of software.; ▶ Reply to This

I have a friend doing it and she is using software this year, she just couldn't keep up with it last year. I think she's moving along fine, she keeps me posted on her progress. One animation the other tv series or movie ideas. So NaNo and SF keep me on my toes :D And as for the software I think I am doing that next year. I've done Nano for three years now and i love every insane minute of it.

I also write fan fiction and seem to be stalled there as well. Maybe I am just in a slump right now.
If I could get get a better computer so I could loaded Dragon Naturally Speaking, then I could knit and write at the same time. :); ▶ Reply to This
