The Barter System or Freecycle

Let's face it. We're crafty people, but we're also hoarders and collectors of "stuff." Sometimes we hold onto things for years before throwing it away, finally deciding we'll never use it and it's therefore taking up too much space.

Don't throw it away, trade it! Chances are some other crafty person may need it for some project and you can help them out.

Here we can trade supplies for spellwork and the making of tools. We can share knowledge and crafting techniques. We can help each other craft better charms and other occult paraphernalia.

When exchanging actual physical items, each person would simply be responsible for the price of shipping. On the other hand, if you just want to get rid of your "junk" then the recipient would simply need to reimburse you for shipping and handling (since it's unlikely we all live close enough to pick things up).

If you have any ideas on how we could improve on this process, let me know.

Hey all. Great idea for a group. I have lots of occult items: books, herbs, crystals, etc. and have some things I'd like to trade.

When working with seals (under the feet of the table you will be using), does it matter what direction the seal should face? Is it proper to have a seal facing the direction of the seal's owner (like an angel)?
