Wade I think that is a wonderful idea. Gea and I have not posted in some time...sorry for that. As she mentioned in her last post. We had been finishing up our first feature. "Crackin' The Code" It has since gone on to play in festivals in Europe and a few here in the states. We are currently working on a new project that you can find out about here. www.dexdixon.com. I hope all are well. Please drop a line to let us all know what you are currently working on.

Ah...as a long-time member of the Socialist Party of the US of A, and with the fabulous advancements in technology, I would seriously love to film a documentary, sometime soon (when I have the funds, of course) on Socialism...what it is, and what it is not. Because, so many people are being lied to the media about what Socialism and Communism is: the media keeps saying "Communist China" in every broadcast, but China is NOT authentically Communist; and, the fact that the media would continually spread such misinformation seriously disturbs me as an actual Socialist/ Communist! I'd be just as pissed if they kept misinforming the public about Paganism and Witchcraft.

Welcome Akasha Luna! It's been a while since we've posted on the group... we've been hard at work finishing our first feature. So far, we're really excited with how it's turning out - despite the endless roadblocks - which is just the Universe testing our resolve. We will be doing a screening soon in Portland Oregon and can't wait to be able to move on to our next project - so many irons - so little time to fulfill each idea! But the wonderful people we've met on the way have opened up so many more possibilities - for instance - a film festival in Portland may be in the works. We love to hear from everyone and are looking forward to future collaborations!

Merry meet!
My heart lit up when I saw this group.

I have been an aspiring filmmaker for many years,
but just never had the money to complete a film. Yet...

I own a production company called Kerosene Pictures
and we are in preproduction of many film ideas,
mostly horror with morals, but one is about the
slaughter of the pagans in Ireland with the
coming of christianity.

If you'd like to join us,
you can visit Kerosene Pictures at
myspace.com/kerosenepictures!

Blessed be!

You can see my DVDs on my publishing website, Pendraig Publishing (they are also available on Amazon), and I also have a video podcast and other bits and pieces that can be seen on Kyte and YouTube.

Good luck Mamiel. That sounds like an interesting piece.
Crookedpath; will you be posting these on-line in addition to the DVD series...the web is such an amazing place for episodic content. Where can we view your current catalog?

To One and All: If you have sites dedicated to your work or showcasing your projects, please post them so we can add them as links and see what you are doing.

Hi there- I am making my first short film, about an endangered local butterfly. I am hoping to take it from a bioregional animist perspective. Wish me luck, please and I wish you success in your films, too.

We're basically going to be doing an Alton Brown's "Good Eats" style programme for each Sabbat, giving a feast dish, a potluck dish and a sacrament item for the Sabbat, while discussing the magickal uses of the ingredients, the lore associated with the dishes and their constituents, and any other relevant tidbits. It will be hosted by myself and Raven Womack - we are both dedicated foodies (and cooks), but Raven is also a magnificent wortcunner (herbcrafter), not to mention she's a Southern gal, which compliments my European cuisine nicely.

cooking is my favorite form of magic! I'd love to hear more about your projects!
