I'm very glad to be here, over the past year I've drifted away from meditation and need to get back into it. Nothing traumatic, just let life get control instead of the other way around. Hope this group will help and motivate me.

I meditate wherever I happen to be. At home I sit at my altar, in the office, or in bed. That's when I do Reiki on myself too. When I'm out, I relax and go into a light meditatioin whenever I need it. I have a high-stress job and need to be able to relax quickly. I have a framed list of "desktop yoga" on my desk and I often relax by doing that. I do what ever I need to do when ever I need it for self-protection.
