Hello everyone! I thought I did this already but I guess not. I live in the Trenton area but I work in Bristol. Feel free to message if you're around that area!

Hey there, all! My girlfriend and I live in Snyder County. We are avid outdoors people (camping and hiking mostly) who almost always find ourselves in Bald Eagle State Forest or a surrounding forest when the mood strikes us.

Just letting anyone nearby know we are out here, we are fun, a little eccentric, and intellectual (not snobby intellectual - just crave knowledge and sharing it).

Just looking for friends - nothing to it. Friends are always a good thing.

Anyway, just letting you know we exist. Peace.

Moonstones in Dormont if you want a more pagan/witchy store

Journeys of Life also pagan/witchy in Shady Side:

For crystals there is Appalachian Rock Shop in Harmony:

The Culture Shop has Middle Eastern wares and Incense and some hippie kind of clothing:

I do not go into town if I can help it. So, if there are other shops with pagan or cultural flavors, I really don't know them anymore.

Again, Thank You for the information, ReNauMoon! Maybe I will meander around when up home, visiting relatives! Are there any that you would recommend?

Comment by ReNauMoon on June 1, 2014 at 9:57pm

Dee, unfortunately any other Pagan-related sorts of shops that I know of are in or past Pittsburgh proper.

Thank you so very much, for your response, ReNauMoon! Is there anything else in the area, that you may know of? ReNauMoon, well yes that was the exact little shop! I am sad either way, to hear that they moved, closed, or suffered a fire, or someone has fallen ill. She made same damn good body scents!! Lovely woman! Gracious & knowing of what she wanted to do with the store! Oh honey, me, move back home? That would be enticing! I would search out some new friends in SWPA...that would be delightful! Sounds & looks like you have some really cool events! Right now, I do not see the "want to" to move back home...after all,  here in Louisiana I not only have much warmer winters, but alas, I am involved in a enchanting cross state relationship with New Orleans, darlin! She is jealous, & I adore her so! She calls to my heart, she knows that she is the closest I can get to a city like Pittsburgh! The antiquity, the architect, the glitz & glimmer, friendly people, culture & of course the food, not to mention the mystery of it all! :) But let me say, moving back home, has been thought of & even discussed, as we sit outside, enjoying lows in the 40's, highs in the mid 70s here in SWLA..sipping Holiday cheer, chatting on the phone to my sister, in Greensburg while she tells us of the awful lows of near 0 & the highs in the teens! It is a thought though, a warm but chilling thought! :)
