Charya Nritya is a form of tantric dance from Nepal, part of the Newari Buddhist tradition. The dancers embody the energy of the deity being danced. Here is a dance of the "five Taras," each of the five Buddha families.

I am glad to be in a group such as this.
I believe in only One Goddess of 1,000 Names (Tara being one).
Tara is one of my favorite Goddesses.
