yes ive had similar feelings. disgust upon waking, stabbing pains of a knife stabbing through my side. waking dreams of blood splattered across my face. and a memory of a room covered in mold. i dont try to focus on it, just drives me mad.

Thank you for your reply... I think I have come to terms with it. :-) I still have them on occasion, but they are much better and don't affect me as badly.

yes ive had similar feelings. disgust upon waking, waking up in a cold and fearful sweat. waking dreams of war blood and death all cause by my hands. i dont focus on what ive done in past lives and i try to learn from what ive done in past lives to learn

Camille, what is/was going on for you is you are/were feeling the fury. It’s OK; it is just your inner warrior spirit calling you. I had the same when I was young however I also had an everyday violent life, so it may not have been as disturbing to me. These violent dreams eventually settled into one:for me it took place in an empty white room where I was meditating and someone/s would come to me and hand me a weapon (anything from a sword to a machinegun) and say it is time. Now this dream was not as graphically violent as my earlier dreams however they always came right before a mission.

i acknowledge the feelings and dreams of past lives, past wars. i'm just now learning how to deal with them. it takes help to understand things. ay least for me it did. now, i know i'm not crazy.
