protection of soul entities
he is for strenghtening psychic powers
he is the God of livestock, money, power
he will increase your personal monetary wealth
he will transfer magic power
use him to hasten affairs to their next stage
use him for protection of valuables
he is the rune of new journey's
this rune rules the basic force of fertility, birth, life, death and rebirth
he is the channel for power transference or projection drawing the projected power of the sun, moon and stars into the personal sphere.
it is the rune of promotion of personal and social evolution
it is the rune of energy and wealth
these are things that i have gotten from books, so i am not sure how correct they are but it gives me something to work with anyway. I will give the rest of my runes list ifpeople want later on.
I would appreciate knowing what people think of what I have just put down. Thank you.

Comment by Wolfspeaker on January 14, 2011 at 11:42pm Ga Asatruar, traditionally runes were cut from a "fruit bearing tree," which includes nut trees like pecans. There isn't as much information on the magical properties of pecan trees as others since they are native to N. America, not Europe where the Norse and Celtic magical traditions originate. The associations I've found are money, employment, prosperity, dreams, and discipline. I looked up hickory since pecans are a type of hickory and found a bit more information:
Hickory Wood
Masculine energy. Hickory is sacred to the Celtic God Lugh and the Greek God Apollo. Hickory is closely related to the oak and many of those properties apply.
Magical Properties: Use this wand in magic that seeks direction, abundance, wholeness, and general acquisitions. It can be a source for developing leadership skill and creating an influence of presence.
