PaganSpace.net The Social Network for the Occult Community

Hi all! I am new here so forgive me if this topic has already been started somewhere, if so if you could link me that would be awesome!

Ok, so after going through the site alittle I was wondering if you all would be interested in starting some book lists. A place where newbies could get ideas and where the experienced could get fresh ideas.

Some catagories I thought of were:

1.Top 10 must haves for Wiccan practioners

2. Top books on magickal healing

3. Top books on kitchen witchery

4. Top books on spellcrafting

Ok these are just a few ideas...I hope you all will have some ideas and add in your own!

Brightest Blessing,
Lacey

Grimoire for the Green Witch: A Complete Book of Shadows Ann Moura
Witch Crafting by Phyllis Curott

If you can absorb the information in both books. Then take the time to have it become a part of you...wonderful

Oh, fun! let's see...
1. Wicca: a guide for the solitary practitioner
by Scott Cunningham
Living Wicca
by Scott Cunningham
A Witches' Bible
By Janet and Stewart Farrar
Buckland's complete book of witchcraft
by Raymond Buckland
When, Why ... If
by Robin Wood
An ye harm none
By Rabinovitch and Macdonald
The first four are on basic witchcraft and the last two are on ethics. I haven't read "An ye harm none" yet, but it looks promising.

If you are looking for wiccan fiction, I just finished "Lucinda's Web" by Dorothy Morrison (author The Craft & The Craft Companion), It was great....I loved it! I want to read it again.

Bright Blessings!

Hi Lacey,

I think its a great idea to let everyone know when you have read a great book, I have just finished one now called The Last Templar by Raymond Khoury, while being a book of fiction it also has some historical facts about the Templars.

1. Any books by Ly De Angeles, Spiral Dancer, Scott Cunningham
2. I have never looked at those, sorry
3. Again not looked into those
4. Is covered by the authors in 1.

Hope I have been some help in a small way
