Purifying Emotions
This spell I had for years. I found it in a book I once had. Change it up if you like too. Enjoy! :)
~ White Candle
~ Bowl of water
~ Bowl of salt
~ Sage
~ cauldron or fire proof bowl to burn sage in
Method:
Stand or sit in sacred space and say:
"I call upon the elements in this simple ceremony that I may be cleansed from the contamination of negativity"
Wave hand over or through flame and say:
"I willingly release negative action in my fire"
Rub salt on your hands:
"I release stumbling blocks and obstacles in my earth"
Light sage, wave smoke infront of you, inhale as it burns:
"I clear my mind of unwise thoughts"
Gip hands in water and say:
"I purify this water, let this relinquishing be gentle, purified, cleansed and released in all ways. I acknowlege my trust and faith in my own clairity"
