Well i did have the idea of fermenting a brew in a pumpkin rind whith cinnamon sticks.

 but it only made it to paper

going get honey today will be making a batch of simple honey wine nothing fancy just simple mead it will be my 7 batch will post recipe.also have over 50 great bear recipe if any one is interested just ask thanks and dont worry have a homebrew

hello glad to see this group on here.would love to meet some of you who have the same hobbies.i started brewing in 1995.have brewed probaly 150 batches or so and started doing mead in 2000 on my 6 batch now.hope to hear from some of you would love to chat

Just put in the airlock on my first batch ever! Kinda did it my own way while following an outline of another recipe. This is pretty exciting.

I would LOVE to learn how to brew Honey Mead for future blots,if anyone can give me ideas,that would be great!:)
