I'm hoping we can learn....get creative...personalize our magickal tools....and have some fun here....Throughout the many Pagan groups I'm in and have been in....I have noticed that sometimes people have a hard time aquiring certain tools....oils.....bath salts... etc...Or are looking for information on how to make charms...candles.... incenses and more....So I thought that compiling all this 'do it yourself' information in the same place would be of some help to all of us....

'The Crafty Witch' is a group intended for people that would like to learn to 'craft' some of their own magickal tools.....candles....incenses....etc....It's also a place to swap crafts...ideas....and recipes related to the group.....Some of the information here will be of my own making.....some will be of information I have gathered from around the web....Please feel free to contribute with your own information....I would like to cover as much as possible...whether it be on beading...charms....etc.....and I'd like to keep the work as simple as possible.....Please do not hesitate to make requests....Feedback and/or advice on any of the projects you may try here would be greatly appreciated....Let's keep our minds and hands busy....and have fun with the 'craft'.....

Have fun.....Sassy Jezebel

Yes cross stitch goes slow and needs time. Some take years to finish.

A nice site is to see is

Not necessarily crafts specific for Yule, but gifts yes.  I have my eye on some things in cross stitch...but I should have started long before now.  So now I'm not sure WHAT I"m going to do.

Anyone thinking about crafts for Yule 2016?

Roughly two years, it was started in 2014, but I didn't note the date. It's grown a lot.

Steven that Book is amazing. How long have you been working on it?

My Book of Arte is my continuing art project, its easily my most used, most loved and longest lasting book. I hope to have it be an heirloom one day.

THanks Felis Draco. I'm pretty proud, I used to sculpt more but I work so much it's hard to find time to do art projects like this anymore. I spent a little over a month on her.

Steven , she's wonderful!

Yes I did Dream. She's 100%handmade flaws and all. She's on an armature of wire, with a foil core, sculpted in polymer clay, wood base, acrylic paints, painted cloth toga, and metal chains and accouterments.

Steven Irgot, did you make that statue? What material did you use?
