Royal: Here's a 15-minute Halloween recipe: Pumpkin Dip. One 8-oz block of cream cheese, softened (let sit at room temp for an hour) plus one cup canned pumpkin pie filling (NOT plain pumpkin - the filling is already spiced and sweetened). Mix well and serve with pretzels, gingersnaps and apple slices. If you like, you can also put it in a little crockpot and serve it warm, maybe sprinkled with nuts. Yum!!

Merriment to all newbies...I've got an easy cookie recipe for you...1 box of cake mix....2 eggs...1 cup veggie oil....2 tbsp. warm water...blend on med. for 1 min, then high for 3 minutes. Add raisins or nuts, currants(your favs) now...drop on cookie sheet ...bake at 350 for 10 min...let cool on sheet for 1 min. then transfer to cooling rack for about 5 min.....enjoy a slice of heaven!!!!!! )o(
