I need help!! I've been trying for weeks to figure out the title of a specific movie and it's driving me nuts. Here's the story...

The setting is in 1950-1960 New Orleans. A young black carnival singer & rich white man have a secret affair. Town folk find out and mob drowns her daughter, thinking rich man is the father, She hangs herself. Years later the eldest of the town folk children who killed her child die in strange ways and all have Bayou water in their lungs. There is also a hidden room inside the rich man's (now dead) old house with a naked pic of the singer, Which seems to change with every new death.

If you have ideas of what this could be please please, let me know. TIA

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

Not a traditional Horror film, more Film Noir, but by far the best foriegn film of 2010

OK. I need some help from all movie fans.
I'm trying to find this movie and ,for the life of me, I can't remember the name of it.

It's about this young man who finds out that he's related to the Gods, Zeus I think. In the preview of the movie he and a group of friends are visiting a museum and the guard takes them on the elevator to the top floor. But when the doors open, they are in this heaven like place where they are taught about the true history of the Gods and the main character has to gain his own powers.
It's kinda hard to explain. Anybody got any ideas????
