Paranormal Activity

I was very excited to learn this film was coming to RDU. I joined an almost sold-out crowd for the early Saturday evening screening to see what has been touted as the scariest movie in America. I will not give any of it away in this space, but hope that folks who have seen it will be willing to share their thoughts. Did it frighten you? Did it disturb you? Have you yourself experienced anything such as what happens in this movie? Is it worthy of the recognition as "'scariest movie?"

Permalink Reply by EarthBaby on October 21, 2009 at 2:34pm: I was one of those at the sold out show! It was a pretty good movie. I wouldn't call it the scariest movie in America or anyplace else. But then again..I love horror movies.
Can't say much without giving it away.. I will say that this movie creeps me out a bit. Not because of any particular scary 'thing'....more so because it gets in your mind a bit , like that actually happened to these people. I really enjoyed it.; ▶ Reply to This
