hey all im a nightshifter of 23 years......even when i am off work i stay up most the night, but have this strange ablility to also function normally at early morn sinc ei have to get my kid off to school, its wierd..does anyone else do that

I my body has finally decided no matter how much Codone they pump into me to make me sleep all the time that I am awake all night no matter what and sleep a lot during the day. Cant stand the sun anyways. Would rather howl at the moon. BB Andrew

Actually yes it is and that I wish I knew why. For me personally I'm actually have a medical problem that is making me sleep during the night and stay awake during the day. Just yesterday I had to go to the ER at 3am in the morning. Not fun especially sense I don't have a job right now. BB Andrew

For a group of night owls, this group is really really quiet during the night time :( I am at work now, and extremely bored. It is only 1:30 in the morning, I still have 6 hours left in my shift. Figured I would stop by and say hi to everyone! :D

Hello all, I'm new to this group... and love the fact that it exists. I'm a night shift worker and a long time night owl... Most people don't understand how I live in the night, and I can't seem to understand why they can't... its something that comes as naturally to me as breathing, which I am sure is the same for all of you!
