I don't mean for this to be spammy, I'm just wondering if anyone is interested; I make scrumptious cupcake kits and ship them around the country. I am so glad I found this group, this is right up my ally!
Freya, I have a recipe for a quick 3 week mead. No shortcuts, it is a full fermentation recipe. You use apple juice instead of apples and water to cut down on the fermenting time. I can email it to you if you like.
