I attend a UU in San Luis Obispo, CA
I have been going since my daughter was a bun in the oven. Her father is christian I am pagan(duh heheh). It was a good middle ground for us to agree on. I have met a few people that do the same. I found that it was a good place for me to meet with like minded people. Good Luck to you Dena!

We have a UU church in Atlanta. It is not far from our new house. I would like to join but my husband would not be in favor of it. He follows Jewish religion to a tee. I work as a solitary wiccan. He is ok with it. He is ok with me joining. Any advice to someone who is in this boat.

Greetings! I'm so glad to find this group! I attended the UU Church of Charlotte for several years and am still a UU at heart. All my emails and user names are usually UUPaganChick in fact! LOL I always loved the fellowship and the fact my son was exposed to so many religious views without anyone preaching at him. In fact he has recently expressed a desire to return which I am very happy to do.

I'm one of those UU that's also a Pagan. I belong to the UU Church of Tampa, FL There is, of course, a CUUPS group there. I have a very very nice relationship with the UU's. I almost always attend the SHAAG discussions every two weeks. It is a group of skeptics, humanists, atheists and agnostics. There are about 43% Humanists in my UU Church. We have an affinity with them when it gets to bashing Christian dogma, beliefs and practices, but I haven't yet had a discussion with them of our differences.
In our full Moon Celebrations we get people from all over the area, even from folks one hour away. It is great.

Hi I'm an eclectic pagan/uu. I live in Oregon, and we have a big UU church in Portland that I go to. I don't go as often as I used to because we now live and hour and a half away. I did Sunday School there for about 5 years. It was great to be free to incorporate some pagan ideas into my teaching.
