You need to be careful when you bind them cause you need to have a seal and make sure they dont turn on you.

I thnik houdoo practitioner are mainly roman catholic. they dnt invoke the loas instead the catholic saints.

you need to look under the book of solomon and anything to do with thelema and evocation.

It would be better to create a servitor and bind it to an object than to "trap" an existing spirit. When you trap a spirit, you are confining and using it's abilities against it's will, and you are also making a potential enemy who could cause you no end of trouble. When you create a servitor, you create an entity whose sole purpose and reason for being is to perform whatever task you program it to do. It is VERY disrespectful to approach a spirit with the intention of trapping it.

Hoodoo is root and conjure work from the rural southern United States. Voodoo is a religion that also incorporates root and conjure work. It's like witchcraft being a way to use magick, and Wicca being a religion that incorporates similar ways to use magick.

Thank you so much for the help. This will really help me because some people keep sending spirits to me that have and still continue to try and physically assault me. Im really not sure if they are using a voodoo doll or sending me spirits but they have the potential to kill me and make it look like a suicide. Anyways, I really appreciate the info and if you have any other advice it would be much appreciated. Blessings.

What if I knew who the spirit was and knew where they were buried. Is there a way I could bind them back to their grave? Afterall, they are trying to cause me harm.
