Where do I go to edit my
profile?
You can edit your profile by going to your Account page.
Log into the website and click the "My Settings" link on the right
hand side of the page. You will be able to edit your profile with
information specific for that network.
How do I change or reset my password?
You can change your password by signing in. Click on the "My
Profile Settings" link, then click "Change" next to the password
field.
To reset your password. You can go to the sign in page of and click
the "Forgot Password?" link.
The link will take you to a page where you can enter your email
address to request a password reset. You'll receive an email in a
few minutes containing a link that will allow you to reset your
password.
How do I change my profile photo?
You can change your profile photo by logging in to the network and
click the "My Settings" link on the right side of the page. Click
the "Browse" button under the Profile Photo field to locate an
image on your computer. When you upload a new photo, the old one
will be deleted.
New profile photos can take up to thirty minutes to show up on
networks you belong to, so don't worry if your new photo doesn't
appear immediately!
How do I delete myself from the network?
Click on the "My Settings" link on the right hand column of any
page. From "My Settings," you'll see a link to remove yourself and
all of your content from the social network on the bottom left of
that page.
How do I change my email address?
To change the email address:
1. Sign in.
2. Click the link to "Edit Profile" under your name on the right
side of the page.
3. Under "Account Details," find your email address and click the
"Edit" link next to it.
You will get a confirmation to both email accounts within a few
minutes.
I just signed out but I'm still showing up on networks as being
"online." What's going on?
It can take up to 15 minutes after you sign out for you to appear
"offline."
