How many invitations can I
send?
You can send up to 20 invitations at one time.
Can I send more than 20 invitations at a time?
Not right now, but we're working on adding a bulk invitations feature in the near future!
I sent invitations to my friends but they say they haven't received them. What should I do?
It's possible that your invitations were flagged as spam. Please ask your friends to check their spam folders. If the invitations aren't in there, try sending them once more. If you're still not having any luck, please contact us. We'll get to the bottom of it!
Can I import my address book or contacts?
Absolutely. You can import your contacts from Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, AOL Mail or GMail all at once. To do this, go to our homepage and sign in. Then click "View My Messages," which appears in a box on the right side of the page.
In your Message Center, click on "Import Address Book." Then choose which email service you want to import contacts from and enter your login name and password. You will see a list of contacts from your address book and be able to choose which ones you'd like to import. Once you have imported your contacts they will remain in your address book.
You can also add email addresses not from Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL or GMail to your address book by selecting "Other" and adding them one at a time.
