Hi! Folks! I'm in a lot of pain but I'm dedicated.

Yes I'm in a lot of pain. I threw my back out 9 days ago while I moved my Divination table one inch. That's all it took. Now I can only sit for 20mins, then I have to stand for 20mins and then lie down for 20mins. After this the process begins a new. I can't lift anything or move anything or do yard work.
