- I am solitary & ecclectic, and live in a small Village on the east coast of Australia........ I lead a very simple life, and one as "Green" as possible, minimising my impact on mother nature.

I have Cavalier King Charles Spaniels which I adore, and they take up alot of my time, they are wonderful little fur-people, and I aspire to be the person that they think I am :)))
I enjoy spending time outdoors,beach & bush walking, I love to take a book to the beach & sit & read & pause to ponder, I get alot of inspiration, and messages from the Goddess from my time at the beach :)))

Some good advice :))
1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Buy a lock if you have to.
3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, 'My purpose is to __________ today.'

From the lectures on this site it is foreseen that currency will have no value in 2012, and how those who are around in 2012 will be forced to live a simple life, back to basics once more........
The current WORLDWIDE financial crisis maybe the start of this aspect..........IMHO
