I don't understand!

Okay so all of these people who left me such beautiful comments and graphics, naturally you would want to respond with more beautiful graphics, right? Of course. Well almost everyone I tried to send graphics to their little comment things above it says "Such-named member has chosen to moderate comments." I thought that meant that they don't accept graphics anymore, so I try to post a comment WITHOUT graphics, just plain text, and it STILL says that comments are moderated.
