I'm just curious as to whether anyone believes in animal spirit guides. I keep having dreams with animals in them and I feel like they are meant to symbolize something in my life. I am also feeling very connected to animals in my everyday life as if there is a magnet between us. I have hawks around me whenever I travel and I feel safer when I see them. Animal symbols in dreams
Lately I am having a lot of dreams with animals in them. Not just one animal, but many like bears, birds, etc. Then when I wake up I also feel more in tune with animals and they seem to be gravitating towards me lately. The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.
The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.

So one of my favorite authors is Alice Hoffman. She wrote Practical Magic and a whole lot of other fun mystical books. I just finished Starlight Confessions and it was amazing as usual. She has such a gift for making the characters interesting and unique and lovable. I went to a book store the other day and noticed that the book she put out last year, Three Angels, was a descent price so I picked it up. Empath Curiosity

I have always felt deeply for others to the point where I can feel their pain or joy as if it were my own. This can be emotionally exhausting or uplifting as one could image. What can anyone tell me about traits of empaths? Are we born with this trait or do we learn it? Let me know about your own experiences. I'm Very curious about it.
