Thanks for the FR...it takes great discipline to do what u do and I applaud your commitment. Proves you're as mentally tough as you are physically. My wife works out about 10 hours/wk to stay fit and does very well. However, she does not strength train the way you do...but you can't argue with the results on either account. Kudos!!!
How do you build muscle is it true it burns fat?? I been doing two sets of twenty all right not this week. I been normally doing two sets of weight workouts a day. I heard it strengthens joins and burns calories. I been eating more protein. I do not want obe muscle person just weight porpotionate. Got any tips?

I been exercising 40rty minutes a day ... body weight exercises....

So hows everything going with, you? I started a exercise program Iam doing okay on people have, noticed I lost some weight at reasonable rate :)
I have been doing OK also. I am preparing for the Hurricane season and hoping we don't get hit with one this year. Stay well and Blessed Be.
