About Me:: I'm eccentric, opinionated & stubborn. An interesting mix of tomboy & girly girl. I'm open minded, sarcastic and silly. Bisexual, interested in erotica & BDSM, but also equally interested in cultural events and theatre. I completely embrace my Italian, Irish & Lakota heritage and try to be active within those respective communities via pow wow's, heritage festivals and things of that nature. I'm also very lucky to be fluent in Italian.

Proudly Pagan. I grew up in Northern California and I was a part of 2 different circles for several years. Since I moved out of California I've found that exploring the craft independently and delving back into a more solitary practice is more comfortable for me since moving to SE Texas. Truth be told, I miss group ritual...

However, that's all about to change. I've recently started a teaching circle here in Beaumont called Magickal Minds. Right now we're just a yahoo group, but there are plans to begin meeting locally on a bi-monthly basis once we find a Pagan friendly meeting place.

I've been a nurse now for 8 years and absolutely LOVE what I do. I've not yet committed myself to one particular speciality, but I certainly have strong interest in some fields over others.

My passion seems to be for Womens Health and Obstetrics. I'd LOVE to own my own Birthing Center and have plans to go back to college to become a Certified Nurse Midwife. I'm a huge advocate of natural childbirth and women being the birthing attendants to laboring mothers as opposed to OB's. As well as many other "alternative" opinions regarding child rearing (breastfeeding, baby-wearing, co-sleeping, etc.).

Recently I started a certification program to become a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula as well as a Childbirth Educator. While working on my certification I have been attending and supporting births.

There's loads more I could tell you about me, but this seems like a good starting point.
