- Hey there! Name's Chad, I'm a bassist, a Pagan, a sub contractor for cable TV, an aspiring writer, a former Marine, and I just try to live life like a suicide. I refuse to bow down to the societal standard of "normal" and act the way a 4o year old is expected. I feel like I'm still in my late 20's so I guess 40 IS the new 30!
I have 5 children whom I love and adore; (all of which have rebelled against their father's wild ways and have become normal; so who says reverse psychology doesn't work!), 3 tattoos, & multiple peircings which I seem to only wear on occasion nowadays. I have very few male friends as they tend to not be able to measure up to my own personal ethics as well as a distrust of relationships since one problem seems to tie into the other.
I'll hurt your feelings before I'll lie to you and I believe I was born in the wrong era, that I would be more comfortable crushing someone's skull with a spike headed mace or running them through with a sword, a time when men were men, women were women, and chivalry and honor reigned supreme, but if you would happen to meet me, you would probably find me arrogant and obnoxious. I can't help it, I think that society is screwed up and that men have forgotten how to be men, respectful of women, lacking in chivalry, and an inability to interact with other men in a strong and respectful manner as firearms and the legal system have made even the most cowardly and dishonorable of men unequally equal.
I believe that women have forgotten how to be women, that they've forgotten that doors were meant to be opened for them, chairs were meant to be pulled out for them, coats were meant to be helped with, and that all women look great in a dress now and again. I also don't believe it when women say they want a "nice guy", that's the guy that gets overlooked or cheated on everytime! Lol!
What do I look for in a woman? Well, I'm not looking, I already have an incredible woman. She is an intellectual, charismatic, vibrant, witty, a tad outdoorsy, strong, bitchy, commitment oriented woman with a love for reading, writing, and music, as well as some of the other cliched personality traits. When it comes to physical beauty, see her pictures, I think she is perfection! I just can't believe she agreed to marry me!
The quirkiest things about me? Well, the guys give me grief because I think Bette Midler and Susan Sarandon are gorgeous! Lol! I love to see boots on a woman, it adds attitude and seems to bring more confidence to the way a woman walks. (Either that, or it's a hold over from the Marine Corps...) The last quirk I have (At least the last one I'll share on here...) is a freckle fetish, don't ask me why, I just love freckles! Lol!
As for my recreational life, I love the occasional Guinness or Killian's, a good hockey game, or an old fashioned ground ~n~ pound in the UFC. Music is my passion, I listen to it all, from Frank Sinatra to Lamb of God and everything in between. As for me as an individual, you'd love to hate me or hate to love me, but there would be no middle ground. That's me. Anything else you want to know, e-mail me and ask! ..
