- About Me:
- I'm me what can I say - Time to add on to that. I work hard and play even harder sometimes. In the "normal" world I am a payroll specialist for a relatively good size company. These are of great importance to me: Family, Love, Knowlege, Honesty, and Respect.
I was raised Catholic but am and have always been pagan. I'm not sure if there is an actual classification, but here it goes. My belief can be described as: Green Wicca, Stregheria,Native American / Druid Shaminism. I am strongly drawn to ancesteral reverence/the Earth and all her creatures.
I love music and drawing - everything that is beautiful in life. Camping or just siting by a fire is something I just need to do. I love to read and learn. I don't think there is ever a point in time anyone should stop learning.
I do wish I could find more people who hold these same things in the same regard. Sometimes I wish I could find a whole town, city or country of them. If there were more maybe there would be less strife and missunderstanding in world. Not everyone has to think like me, but maybe if there were just a few more, there would be so much more tolarance between everyone.

This has been the most difficult part of my life. My parents are gone now and my daughter has just moved out on her own. My son is turning into a teenager. Why does this have to happen all at once? I guess that is the story of my life - either all or nothing. I am slowly getting back to normal - whatever normal is for me now.

Something new,....... I've gone back to school. I'm taking night courses and maybe i'll pick up from where I left off about 20 years ago. Wish me luck with work and home and everything. Love to all.

The Quickening
Heartsong takes to wings
Leaves blowing as I am flying
Land lightly skimming the ground
Then running with windy; rainey grass
Earthsong cries from the heart
Being born from an old world
Thoughts burn like fire
Sparks fly as if newly; spawned seed
Grass is cool and wet
Sun is warm and full of energy
Sunlight fades and gives into the night
Darkness seems absolute
Crickets sing with frogs and unknown things..........
CURRENT MOON
Gentle breezes call to those who would hear
Should you call the names and they will be there
Showing treasures of the Sun, Moon and Earth.
Branches bend in gold, like hands they unfold.
A Mother will provide for her children
To live in nature is the key, although so many do not see
A father who gives so much protection
A stable source of gravity, a pouring of Sun's energy.
Like a child with innocent eyes of wonder
I come to learn the ways of old, and to let all knowledge unfold
All is possible depending on the season
Growth and love, harvest and sleep as turns the wheel
Ancestors I honor of Strega, Oneida, Celt and Norse
Many blended making a stronger brew,
This I am and making these beliefs anew.
