- What to say about me...What can I say about me? I'm 35 years old and originally from Belfast in Northern Ireland though I've lived on the Isle of Man since 1998. I've been engaged to the most wonderful man since 2001, who has single handidly made all my dreams come true!
My fiance Tony and our children are my life - though most of the time they probably would argue with that! Ryan is 7, Rebecca is 4 and our baby Jonathan has just turned one. In 2006 we were blessed with the news that we were expecting our twin boys, Aaron and Benjamin, but sadly lost them both at 34 weeks due to cord complications.
When we're not trying to keep up with 3 energetic kids, Tony and I own and run our own craft shop here on the Island - he's the technical wizard and I'm the creative goddess - which basically means I spend most of my time creating greetings cards, scrapbook pages and jewellery amongst other things, mainly for my kids, family and friend and occaissionaly to inspire the customers. In other words, I spend most of my time colouring in and cutting things out - the ultimate 4 year olds dream job. When I'm not there, I'm at home with the kids - colouring in and cutting things out. Bliss!

- I own a craft shop so anything on that line is an occupational hazzard. You name it I probably do it - scrapbooking, greetings cards, jewellery making, polymer clay, knitting and cross-stitch are the main ones. I've also gotten into ATC's (Artist's Trading Cards - they've allowed me to use my art training on something that's purely for me

- My mum and dad - for being the best parents anyone could wish for and for proving every one wrong by being together right to the end.
My fiance Tony - he's my soul mate and a beautiful spirit. He's sacrificed everything for our children and myself and I'll never be able to repay him or let him know how much I love him!

- Spending time with my fiance and children, moon-gazing, long walks in the Autumn woods, relaxing by candle-light, men with long hair in Doc Martens or cowboy boots, Having loads of time to myself.

- Smoking (been trying to quit for ages now!), rudeness and ignorance, discrimination, not having enough time to myself!

Has it Been THAT long???
Sorry I haven’t been about much – this pregnancy has really taken it’s toll on me. I just don’t seem to have any energy for much of anything this weather. I should have guessed before that I was having a girl – I went through the same thing when I was carrying Rebecca – two women fighting for the same body – and 3 guesses who’s winning!!!

Cleaning House
Tony spotted a recruitment ad in the local paper tonight for the Isle of Man steam Packet and has it in his head now that the two of us should apply. £15k a year with brilliant travel benefits. We could definitely use the money and I have to admit I was tempted at the start but reality has set in now and I’ve started weighing up the pros and cons. Just checkin' in...
I really should learn to keep my mouth shut – the minute I seem to say I’m going to do anything, something happens to put the kybox on it! This time it wasn’t my fault – really! Someone should really make waterproof keyboards – I would but I can just about type on them never mind know how to make them – lol. Happy 15th Anniversary of my 21st Birthday to me!!!
First off, before I totally forget I want to thank everyone for the beautiful birthday messages – they all really made my day!!!
We didn’t really do much today – no presents (yet!) but Tony’s been flat out fixing the car and stuff so he never really had a chance to get out to get me anything. His excuse this morning was that, after the disaster with the bathroom scales last year, he wanted to take the time to get it right this year, so he had planned to take me into town to let me pick them. Not the greatest start to a New Year...
It's just gone 5-30am and I'm up with the wee man again! Well actually, he fell asleep about 30mins ago but I'm the type that once I'm up that's it!Don't ya just love it when they start teething? Thankfully it looks like he's getting the back teeth through which means that it's nearly all over - wheyhey!!! Maybe then I can start getting the chance to sleep right through the night instead of having a few hours when I take him up to bed and then being up for the rest of the night!
