Good Day all! Wednesday evening we layed our dear beloved Mr. Brown to rest. He passed on peacefully lounging in the sun temps near 73! Mr. Brown was 9yrs old and as you can see from my post on our furry friends and part of the peace I find within my life you will notice I have held him dear to my heart and soul! A beautiful dog, loyal, true to himself, with a well guarded personallity that only very few were allowed to know! A heart large enough to emcompass His Posse (Our household Cats). His eyes were the windows that reflected his soul., showing dignity, pride, and assurance.
This AM on our walk before dawn I not only enjoyed the peaceful walk with our large dog, our steady silent rhythm, but I had a chance to recapture and nourish myself! As we walked I looked upward to notice the fog descending to lay upon the ground. I also noticed Lady Moon beginning to rise, such joy! On the return path home we were one with the fog as it swallowed us, its damp blanket giving a mystery to unseen familiar points. We paused, to take in the moment, the stillness was intense! We padded quietly closer to home, points seemed clearer, had we cleared the fog or had it lifted? No, dawn was approaching. The mysteries of the night, the fog and our walk had ceased.
Today is my birthday! 51 and still having fun! Mr. Brown and I went for an evening walk after I got off work! Still, quiet, peaceful, dark, and crisp at 37degrees, in SWLA! Hubby and son James fixed a dinner of fryed shrimp with french fries, salad, and red dry wine!
Thank you all for your blessings, wishes, and for the fun comments! I enjoyed, you have all touched my heart! Thank you all so much!
