So, I need to tell you some things about myself …hmmm.
It is really very difficult to start…trying to figure out where to begin and what you’d like to know. As I write this, I am listening to music…”Layla”-both versions by Eric Clapton and Loreena McKennitt, my favorite. So, maybe music is a good place to start…. I adore almost all types of music with some exceptions. Last week Cab Calloway’s “Minnie the Moocher” from the 1920’s was on my hit parade.
When I was a child and up into my teens, I had an operatic voice. I was a HIGH soprano. I could hit that high C note with ease. I never broke glass, though… I tried… but, never did. My parents had me take lessons. I loved singing, but hated to perform. I got physically sick before each performance. My parents, very loving and so wise, said if it did not give me pleasure, then stop. So, I did and never felt such relief. Now, sadly, I sound like a croaking frog when I sing. As Universal Law teaches us… with any gift bestowed upon you, if you do not use it and care for it, you lose it.
Odd, though, I adore pubic speaking. I have no fear whatsoever. I could be asked to speak at the Astrodome without warning and speak in front of thousands on any subject with ease and no nervousness at all. But, performing…eek!

I am a Connecticut native and Connecticut and New England will always be my favorites. Right now I am living in Planet Texas with plans to move elsewhere. I have been here awhile but, I still feel like a triangle who will never fit into the square, no matter how hard people try to fit me into it.
To spark your interest; here are some tidbits about me:
I…. am an intuitive thinker; am psychic; liberal; can communicate telepathically with non humans, i.e. animals; work for animal rights, but am not an activist (I deplore violence of any kind); can communicate with humans and animals who have passed from this physical plane to the spiritual one, as well as elementals; have a photographic memory for the written and spoken word and for the visual; am an old soul who was part of the ancient mysteries; have healing hands; was born on leap year on a Thursday; love to garden; do T’ai Chi; am writing a book about mushrooms; am an artist, poet, and writer; write haikus; create miniatures, doll dioramas, and make doll stuff; am working on my PhD; have never had or participated in a blog, forum, flkr or the like…electronics are not my forte and I am very uncomfortable using them; and I own two shops on Etsy….Enchanticals.etsy.com and LunasLoot.etsy.com.

The place where enchantment resides…along with fantasy, imagination, creativity, magic, mystery, and lore. To enter, simply suspend your realities and drift through the myst and fog. Enchantment is always afoot at Enchanticals.

All kinds of enchanted handmade one-of-a kind creations such as miniature wizard/witch/faerie hutches and other furniture, wizard and faerie miniature bottles of potients, elixirs, and the like, elementals’ bottles, enchanted wands, miniatures, fashion doll vanities, and much more…
My handmade creations are made one at a time. There is no assembly line in my workshop. I keep no written recipes for paint colors or directions on how I made a certain item. That is why they are truly unique and one-of-a-kind.
In some of my listing for my handmade pieces, I begin with a little story. These stories are fiction and do not reflect actual facts. They are from my enchanted imagination. However, the details and descriptions about my handmade pieces are true and represent the actual details of the item(s) for sale.

EARTHDREAMI feel earth drums deep in the mountain's feet;
Compelling rhythm driving from the core.
I quicken to the flow of molten heat,
and sing with earth song felt in granite's roar.
And overhead, elusive secrets heard
in rushing air, bright lightning's stormy ring.
The wisdom of the dragon, cloud and bird
I hear in wind, and see in eagle's wing.
A roaring flame will dance and show it's gaze
and speak with firey language, spark and smoke.
My needful spirit feeds upon this blaze
and feeds the source with rowan, ash and oak.
The swelling ocean, graced with moon's soft kiss
will heal and bathe the heart within it's wake.
The clear blue source of flowing feeling's bliss
is found in winding stream, dark pool and lake.
This dream surrounds and makes our spirits one.
Learn from the Earth, her smile, her forests green;
To watch and listen, feel the visions come,
