- I have owned and operated Shadows and Light Occult Shoppe since July 2000. I am the author of the much hated book "Christian Wicca: the Trinitarian Tradition" - but it's the Trinitarian Tradition that is our evolving focus: American Traditional Wicca that works with the Judeo-Kabballistic-Gnostic Pantheon

- I like Cat Yronwode for Hoodoo - Sallie Ann Glassman for New Orleans Voodoo - Mathers and Crowley for Ceremonial Magick, Diane Stein & Z. Budapest for Dianic Wicca/Goddess/Women's Studies and the Farrars for my preference of Alexandrian Witchcraft.

- I am a life long devotee of the Rider-Waite deck, Kabballistic studies, Ceremonial Magick, favoring elements of Dianic and Alexandrian Wicca creating the Trinitarian Tradition, strongly supporting Hoodoo, New Orleans Voodoo serving Ezili Freda Dahomey, and I am a Reiki practitioner. I am half-seated in Lukumi, a child of Shango. In general, it's safe to say that I am a gray witch - black and white are static ideas and I am working to move away from that type of self-imposed dogma. Currently expanding my studies in the philosophies of Chi-Gung. I know my beliefs and practices read like a laundry list, but I think its unhealthy to not progress.

- I am one of the guitarists for the band theJudasGoat. I play with some amazing musicians and it's been a great couple of years, so far - I hope we are together for many years to come. Cause I really like these guys and that's just strange for a band, you know? LOL!! We have out our new EP "...In Darkness..." Currently trying to get it out to indie mags, internet radio stations, and just to fans of dark hard rock/gothic metal. We're not really goth or metal and we're not progressive but people hear those elements in our stuff.

- I love to travel, I make frequent weekend trips to New Orleans and try to cruise every chance I get. I think it's my newest addiction!! I do have a gypsy fetish - like since birth or something - I have always adored velvet, sterling silver, and tons of jewelry. I love pink and black, they are my signature colors and I even named a CD that once - hmmm... I like clothing from Juicy Couture, Dolce & Gabbana, Chico's, White House/Black Market, Bebe's mixed with Lip Service, Retail Slut, and Hot Topic. I love Kathy Van Zeeland, Mary Frances, Prada and Addicted purses. I am not a person you can easily label and dismiss.

- Fakes and Posers in anything: spirituality, music, life in general. . . Pentacle owners: not really witches or neo-pagans, or even have a clue as to why they have the damned thing on except for comments like "I hate Christianity." Uhm, yes - I hate idiots as well.

Dealing with Non-Magickal Pagans
There is nothing like owning an occult shoppe to allow one to see all types walking thru the door - some have energy that speaks for them and some speak non-stop because there is no energy or magick about them. It really doesn't matter their choice of alternate spirituality, some people are simply not metaphysically gifted. Of course, this is a free country and I encourage anyone who steps in the door to practice and to pursue whatever path calls to them.
