My sixty years on the planet have been filled with exploration and study. Although my childhood was almost feral, my first teacher was a Miccosukee medicine woman when I was but eight. Later, I would learn from the traditions of the Navajo and Mescalero Apache. Thrown out at 14, I went to New Orleans, where I learned about VooDoo and then Santeria in Miami. As the New Age movement during the 80s flourished, I studied every aspect, as well as traditional "witchcraft." I then moved to the Near East, spending years in Greece, Turkey, and Egypt. This was when I began encountering other "wanderers" like myself, who taught me why it was that I could see what others couldn't. I even went to seminary and was ordained as a Byzantine Orthodox priest, though I do not consider myself Christian.
Most of my adult life, I was deeply involved in humanitarian efforts, but declining health grounded me. Most recently I have completed a trilogy of books in which I share all I have learned about Magick, faith, the Universe, and life.
I enjoy biographies, history, historical fiction and anything to do with the esoteric
