All World Acres is a not for profit sanctuary and campground
located just east of Tampa near Plant City. AWA is a place available
to the community for many different types of events.
The ritual areas at AWA have seen rituals for every season and
reason. At least 15 different couples have been handfasted, several
youths have experienced rites of passage and countless other initiations,
elevations, blessings, memorial services, and honorings have taken place here.
The camping areas and bathhouse have been used by several different groups for retreats and campouts. Camping together is a great way to bond and create closeness within the group.
Drum circles, sweat lodges, women circles, and workshops are also commonly held at
AWA. These events may be private or open to the public.
Of course the biggest draw at AWA over the past nine years has been
the festivals. Hundreds of people from all over the country have
visited the many exciting gatherings presented by the AWA family and
other groups of the community. The admission donations for these
events are always kept low so that the visitor receives an excellent
value. These donations are used to improve and maintain the grounds
and facilities.
