About Me:: I'm the single mother of two grown daughters and four grandchildren. One girl and three boys. I live a few blocks from the beach and love walking on before dawn or after the sunsets.

I've been Pagan/Wiccan for about eight years now and came upon my path after many years of soul searching. I was raised in a Catholic environment but never felt "at home". About eight years ago all the pieces began to fit together and I know that being Pagan was the right path for me. All the signs had been there for many years...they just didn't fall into place.

I love to go to concerts (have been lucky to see all but two of my favorite bands live), scrapbook, create greeting cards and I love to sew.

Life has been put on hold since November 4th when I had what was thought to be an adverse reaction to the medication called Abilify. My organ and muscle ceased to work. The organs were slowly not functioning as they should have been and the muscle stopped moving. Everything stopped working and there was 97% chance that I was going to die. I was in ICU and at one point had to be transferred to another hospital to have a consultation with two specialists and testing. Slowly things improved and with hard work my muscles started to move again. I had to learn how to do everything over again, as the muscle started to move....everything from feeding myself to walking. I was in the hospital for five weeks and have been house bound since then. The motion and strength in my muscles has slowly been restored and I can now walk using a walker. Some things I still can't do like bending over or taking a shower without the help of another person, walking up and down the stairs, etc. At this point it's unsure whether I'll walk without aid....again. One leg has been left almost one inch longer so I limp. I also suffered heart damage due to the severe reaction to this medication. If you know anyone who takes this medication....tell them my story. You could save the life of a friend or loved one.

Beliefs / Practices: Spiritual but not Religious, Pagan, Witch

Hobbies: Music...I live for music and concerts.
Sewing, reading, scrap booking, creating greeting cards, crocheting afghans for babies, building altars for my rituals (have one in every room), creating pagan prayer beads and much more.

Heroes: My father who died way too young, at the age of 56 from lung cancer.

Every American soldier who is stationed or being sen to Iraq or anyplace that they would put their life on the line for the freedom of others.

Likes: Coffee I've been known to drink two or three pots a day and eat a dozen donuts.
Walking on the beach before the sunrises or after it sets.
Love doing my full moon ritual there when possible.
I love the color black.
People with manners.
Snow (lots of it).
Music.
Concerts with my daughter.
NASCAR and hockey.
Kittens.
Finches (my babies all died when I was ill.)
Collecting music memorabalia and books.
Pasta.
Canada...wish I could live there.

Dislikes: Chocolate.
Ignorance
Stupidity
Pink and yellow.
Television.
People that think they know everything about every subject but in fact know very little about anything.
Dust!
Unmade beds.
Rude people.
Dale Ernhardt, Jr....didn't like his father either. Sorry, fans.
Drug dealers.
Child Abusers.
Liver and okra.
Loud people.
Lack of manners.
People who can't spell or at least use spell check.
Back stabbers.
