Hobbies: Mostly needlecraft - counted cross stitch, crocheting, knitting, embroidery, beading. I also like to draw, watercolor paint and read (aka: Book Store Addict) Oy! my poor abused debit card.

Heroes: My Siamese cat Tai, who passed into the veil February 2000 in the 20th year of his life. My Companion, Soul mate, & Friend. The one being in my life that kept me sane and from doing myself harm.
In Memory of Tai

Likes: Long walks on the beach with the warm sand squishing between my toes. Long scenic car rides to nowhere in particular. Horseback rides. Day hikes on nature trails. Roller skating. Riding my bicycle. Playing pool and bowling. Setting on an apartment balcony watching a lighting storm and listening to the rain fall, while sipping a warm cup of herbal tea. Cuddling up in a fleece comforter and watching my favorite sci-fi & vampire TV series. Listening to music or audio books while I work on my counted cross stitch projects. Reading paranormal romances. Daydreaming about the characters in the latest book I’ve just read. Drawing and watercolor painting. Going to the school playground and swinging in the swings. Baking homemade bread and pizza. Barbecuing outside during the whole summer not just on the 4th of July. Keeping vampire hours and sleeping until noon - when I'm not working that is {grin}

Favorite Foods:
Italian, Chinese, Mexican. Actually I’ll try anything once, except gourmet insects and their ilk, and Sushi. Sorry but I likes my fish *cooked*.

Dragon Ritual Drummers, Tarkan (Turkish singer), Faun, Mediaeval Baebes, Loreena McKennitt, Enya, Cusco, Blackmore’s Night, John Whelan, Queen, Kiss, The Who, Led Zeppelin, New Age, Celtic, Classical, Heavy Metal. Any thing really except (country, rap, or hip-hop).

Favorite Movies:
Any period piece movies like Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility etc., Science fiction, fantasy, horror, mystery, & romance genera's.

Dislikes: Peas, broccoli, spinach – the whole green veggie thing, Wet socks on cold feet, Getting up before 9am, Romance books that leave you on the edge of a cliff hanger and you're stuck waiting for the next book {argh!}, People who are intolerant of other sexual lifestyles and beliefs, Dishonest people who troll online communities, Politics and spin doctors – I just don’t understand ‘em, Dial-up for internet access, Being without a job and no car to drive.
