Hi - I'm a member of a Pagan group, called Spheres Of Light, in Sydney Australia, and I thought this would be a good place to tell you a bit about our group, as well as post updates and info about our activities and events... So, if you see anything that interests you, please follow the links to our website and forums to find out more.

Spheres Of Light (SOL) is an association of individuals from a variety of Pagan paths who seek to share experiences, understandings and teachings and who come together to celebrate and to connect with the cycles of the Earth through Lunar and Solar gatherings.
Spheres Of Light sees all life as sacred and interconnected, we therefore honour the natural world as the embodiment of divinity, immanent as well as transcendent. We celebrate the circles of life and the seasons through ritual, and we experience the divine as both feminine and masculine.
We are dedicated to the development our own unique philosophy and practice which incorporates the honouring of ancient shamanic forces, as well as the integration and adaptation of ancient mysteries from other traditional and ancestral Pagan cultures. To this end, we seek to draw upon this accumulated knowledge to further develop and deepen our own understanding and practice of evolutionary witchcraft.
If you would like more information about Spheres Of Light or Paganism in general, please visit our website at
spheresoflight.com.auWe also have a paranormal investigation sub-group called SOuL Searchers...

One of the many things you will find unique about the SOuL Searchers team, unlike the majority of other paranormal investigators is that we undertake our investigations from a shamanic perspective. For more information please see our website at
soulsearchers.spheresoflight.com.auTo keep up to date with the activities run by SOL and SOuL Searchers, and to read some interesting articles, you can subscribe to our free e-newsletter AXIS MUNDI. Just click on the logo below to have a look or to subscribe...

The Latin term, axis-mundi, literally means the axis of the world. Our picture expresses a shamanic point of connection between sky and earth where the four compass directions meet. At this point travel and correspondence is made between higher and lower realms and is reflected in the concept of 'as above so below'. In the context of our newsletter it is meant to define a group that comes together from various ideologies and shares spiritual ideas, knowledge and experiences and is in a process of constant evolution. All is one: Nothing ever stays the same.

My personal blog is called
"The Other Side - Inane ramblings of a Pagan Aspie Housewife". I've often felt my viewpoint was on “the other side” in a lot of situations - I never really felt like I fitted in anywhere. Hence the name of my blog, which also has a second meaning alluding to my interest in the paranormal and Pagan spirituality. Some of my blog entries touch on a unique combination of Asperger’s/autism, Paganism and other spirituality, the paranormal and their interconnections. Either click on the image below or go to the RSS feed at the left to view my ramblings.

I also have another blog devoted to my interest in Dragons which can be viewed by clicking on the image to the left. Dragon Dreaming began as my collection of information, illustrations, dreams, meditations, magic …whatever… about dragons.
It’s a work in progress, and probably always will be, as my ideas about exactly what to add to it keep evolving. There’s some information and ideas that I’d love to be able to include but really shouldn’t out of respect for the Dragons, as they don’t like to have certain things divulged to all and sundry.
As with any close personal relationship trust has to be maintained and some things just shouldn’t be shared …or someone could end up seriously burned!
“Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are small and crunchy and taste good with ketchup.”
