Hello! I'm Joshua, age 28 from Snohomish County Washington. Here to share and learn as much as i am able. I'm of Scottish and Irish heritage and greatly value my Celtic roots, but remain eclectic in my path.
I'm an Aerospace laser projection systems administrator - Which is just a fancy title for someone who maintains shoddy computers that run laser projectors.
Spiritual but not Religious, Pagan, Mystic, Shaman, Other Spirituality, Druid
You could call me skeptical pagan. I enjoy exploring and learning about various cultures and beliefs, and I hold on to what holds true to me and my path, as it has been proven through practice or experimentation.
I'm currently in search of better - legitimate - references on Celtic beliefs and the old ways, but am rather troubled by what i have found.
It's nearly impossible to find a book that i can take seriously... Almost as though everything has been overtaken by furries and/or self-help cognitive psychologists pretending to be authorities on the subject in order to impose their will on the gullible and unsuspecting... Is it just me, or is it a bit infuriating that others would pervert what little IS known of our Celtic ancestors in such a way?...
