Autumn Passes by Mistyc MoonWolf Vadoma
Satiny smooth and dark brown,
The buckeyes shine in the sun.
Only one tree sits downtown,
And the teenagers throw them for fun.
The Autumn air smells of dry leaves and dust.
We welcome cool nights and hot afternoons,
And mums in colors of yellow, and rust.
Indian corn, pumpkins, and scarecrows adorn porches.
Leaves are turning golds, reds, and yellows like torches.
