Spring Equinox recipe

Since Spring Equinox is right around the corner, I thought I would offer you one of my family's favorite spring recipes. You can find this one and more in Festival Feasts (2008, Spilled Candy Books). Enjoy!

Egg Custard

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes
Chill Time: 1+ hour Serves: 4-6

1 ½ c. heavy cream 6 egg yolks
¼ c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract

I am a cause for concern

When Pagan Parenting came out, the Fundie Christian Right compared me (and MTV) to Hannibal Lecter. Now a new book entitled, Generation Hex: Understanding the Subtle Dangers of Wicca, includes me in a list of just how big those Wiccan numbers are growing.
