I found out this morning that my 26 yr old daughter died. It was 8 days before they found her. She'd been extremely ill but apparently no one new just how bad it was. She's going to be cremated after the autopsy and I'll be getting some of her ashes…

Pagan Night Out

I went back to the MSC Pagan Student Alliance this Fall and the club pres, Mel, decided to try a Pagan Night OUt once a month for the local pagans. So far there have been two gatherings and it's pretty successful. We meet for dinner and chatting; most of the folks who show up are club members but we do get a few who are not. This past weekend I got myself out of town and out of state for a few days. I drove to New Mexico to attend an all-day workshop at AmberK's school called Ardantane. Bad bad news

I found out this morning that my 26 yr old daughter died. It was 8 days before they found her. She'd been extremely ill but apparently no one new just how bad it was. She's going to be cremated after the autopsy and I'll be getting some of her ashes and a copy of the autopsy report.

Missing Cat

Well, Jack the Bogart has gone missing; it'll be 2 weeks tomorrow. I am *not* a happy camper. I've checked the shelters and have ads going in the local papers, but so far nothing. I have to give it time.
On the up side, I have 2 more members in my Meetup group and the first meeting went pretty well. We're meeting again next Sunday.
My teaching efforts are off to a bumpy start. New beginnings tend to be that way anyway, so I just need to persevere.
