Beliefs / Practices: Spiritual but not Religious

Hobbies: reading, listening to music, surfing the Net for neat comments to use online, meeting new people, doing research on interesting topics, the list goes on

Heroes: I would have to say my parents.. my Dad for the real fight he gave during the last two years of his life having recovered from two serious falls - first breaking his shoulder at the age of 86, then no sooner getting back on his feet then to fall backwards on his basement stairs & splitting the back of his head open... then doing really well until he fell this past April and broke the femur in his left leg.. it was all downhill from there but Dad you gave it a good fight!

My Mom because she has done so well since Dad passed away and is making the best of her residence at the health care centre and agreeing to finally having her eyesight checked after living without most of her vision for over 10 years now... she misses Dad terribly but I am so very proud of her and her present outlook on things in general!

Likes: meeting new people whom I can have an intellectual conversation with, anything made of cheese and chocolate, my friends who support me

Dislikes: rude and obnoxious individuals, people who shove their religions down my throat and then look down upon me because I do not believe in what they believe in, individuals who cannot accept me for me & want me to change to please them... and of course the normal stuff - bugs, turnip, etc.. LOL!
