Guess what? I ran 3 miles yesterday.
I usually run 2 miles/day, 5 days/week for a total of 10 miles. I always knew I could do 3 miles/day, but wanted to work up to it slowly, so I wouldn't get an injury. Sure enough it was a piece of cake yesterday.
Looks like I'm about to hit 15 miles/week total in my jogging. WOOT!
