So, Who wants the Pagan Religion to become a source of Revenue?

The only legal Government(Govern- control. Mente- mind.) is a representative one and can only represent by consent. Once consent is given then they can begin creating and enforcing corporate policies (statutes) that are designed purely to collect revenue for themselves and the banks. What the Hell is a STRAWMAN?
Ive been looking into this little mystery for the last week or so. Although there are still some aspects to get my head around and a few grey areas, here is my interpretation thus far:
When you were born, your parents signed a document with the Government and gave up their right to you, basically. This document goes under the guise of a Birth Certificate.
