Preparing outdoor plants for indoors come the Autumn

I know it is early yet but I was wondering what tips/suggestions/etc. anyone has for preparing plants for that journey from outdoors to indoors. I have some beautiful Belladonna plants growing in pots. I grew them indoors last winter. They have been outdoors since late Spring. I want to bring them back indoors come the Fall.
