- I'm a 40-something pagan (almost 50-something) whose been engaged in a variety of pagan practices for over 30 years. Over time I've incorporated a mindful approach to much of my practice -- a variant of the Silva Method of Mental Dynamics -- that enhances the "psychic twinkle" I'm absolutely convinced is a necessary piece of successful craftwork.
I'm a very physical person. I believe some of the most powerful magic can occur when the links between mind and body are close, ... intertwined. Man & woman were designed, in both mind and body, to compliment each other. 20'th-century, Christian-conservative, anal-retentive mores have done their best to obscure the importance of the link between man and woman -- placing prerequisites and restrictions upon what is natural, necessary, and, quite frankly, a lot of fun.
